Too big to share? Make a short GIF with MP4 to GIF or keep only the audio with MP4 to MP3.
We call a video HD when its short side is 720 pixels or more - 720 x 1280 for a tall pin, 1280 x 720 for a wide one. Full HD is 1080 pixels on the short side.
Every option shows its real size, so you always know what you get.
Many older pins were uploaded small, and Pinterest never made an HD copy. Sites that still offer "HD" for those pins only stretch the small video.
We tell you straight away and offer the best real copy instead.
Pinterest decides which sizes it keeps. Many pins top out at 720p, and some older ones at 480p or 640p - there is no sharper copy to download.
The pin was uploaded in standard quality, so Pinterest only stores a small version. We still offer the best copy that exists, clearly labelled with its real size.
