This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.
By using ConvertICO.com ("ConvertICO", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
All tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You do not need an account.
The files you create with our tools are yours. You may use them anywhere, including in products and client work, as long as you had the right to use the original files.
You keep all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of them, and we only process them to perform the conversion or edit you asked for.
Many tools work entirely in your browser, so the file never reaches our servers. Files that are uploaded are deleted automatically - on most tools within 1 hour, and never later than 4 hours. Please download your results before then.
Public gallery (opt-in): some icon tools let you tick a box to show your icon on the Recently Converted Icons page. Only tick it for images you are happy to share publicly.
Please use ConvertICO the way it is meant to be used. You agree not to:
We may pause or block access that breaks these rules, and we may remove content from the public gallery at any time.
The ConvertICO name, logo, design, text, guides and code of this website belong to ConvertICO. You may link to any page, but please do not copy, republish or mirror the site or its content without permission.
We work hard to keep every tool fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that every result will meet your needs.
Always keep a copy of your original files.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ConvertICO is not liable for any loss of data, profit or other damage that comes from using - or not being able to use - the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
ConvertICO is free because it shows ads, provided by partners such as Google. Ads and links may lead to other websites that we do not control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using ConvertICO after a change, you accept the updated terms.
