What the scanner finds

Most downloaders only read the plain <img> tags. This one digs deeper, so you get the real photos instead of tiny previews.

Full-size versions - the largest image in a responsive srcset or <picture>, and links to full-size photos in lightbox galleries.
Lazy-loaded images - the real picture behind data-src and similar placeholders.
Backgrounds and posters - CSS background images and video poster frames.
Social and product images - Open Graph, Twitter cards and JSON-LD product photos.

When images are missing

The tool reads the page the way a search engine does. Three things can hide images from it.

JavaScript-built pages - images added after the page loads, for example by infinite scroll.
Log-in walls - pages that need an account show us the log-in screen instead.
Bot protection - some sites refuse automated visits. The tool tells you when that happens.

The fix is quick: right-click the image in your browser, choose Copy image address and paste the links in the List of links tab. For social sites, the dedicated Pinterest, Twitter photo and Instagram downloaders work better.

After downloading
