How to Reorder PDF Pages

  1. Upload your PDF - drag it onto the upload area or click to browse. Page thumbnails load automatically so you can see what you are working with.
  2. Drag pages into order - grab any page thumbnail and drag it to a new position. The grid updates live and shows position numbers on each card.
  3. Rotate pages (optional) - click the rotate buttons below each thumbnail to turn individual pages 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise.
  4. Delete pages (optional) - click the trash icon to remove pages from the output. Use Restore to get them back if needed.
  5. Download your PDF - click "Save Reordered PDF". Use our PDF Compressor afterward if you want a smaller file, or PDF Merger to combine with other documents.
Pro tip: Use Split PDF first to extract specific pages from multiple files, then reorder them here and finish with PDF Merger to assemble your final document.

What You Can Do

Drag and Drop Reorder

Grab any page thumbnail and drop it anywhere in the grid. Works on desktop and touch devices. Changes reflect in real time.

Per-Page Rotation

Rotate individual pages 90 degrees at a time - clockwise or counter-clockwise. Fix scanned pages, correct portrait and landscape mix-ups.

Delete Pages

Remove any page from the output. Deleted pages stay hidden until you click Restore. No page is permanently deleted until you export.
