Press Make all portrait - every landscape page is turned a quarter turn so the whole document reads upright. If a page ends up upside down, give it a half turn with the middle button.
No. The tool only changes the page's rotation setting - the same thing a PDF reader does when you save a rotated view. Text stays selectable, images are not touched, and links, bookmarks and form fields keep working.
No. The PDF is opened and saved inside your browser, so it never leaves your device. That is why big files rotate in a second.
Almost every reader respects the page rotation. A few printers and old apps ignore it. If that happens, open the rotated file in a browser to check it, or turn the pages into images with PDF to JPG.
